Why GoodRipple?

Have a positive impact on others.

That is why we exist and what keeps us doing what we do. In this context, we want to create the future of the workplace where we have positive company culture for happier humans at work. We started when one of us felt disconnected at work from other coworkers and thought there must be a better way!

GoodRipple Values:

1. Be kind

2. Have integrity

3. Listen and communicate

4. Act fast

5. Create possibility
